Transport of traps, cats, and winter shelters is available to Certified TNR Caretakers in the NYC area for their TNR projects and colony care. The Feral Cat Initiative carries traps between trap banks and TNR project sites, and trapped cats to spay/neuter clinics, surgical recovery spaces, and back to their original colonies.

ASPCA Spay/Neuter Transport
The ASPCA’s clinics work in tandem with their transport service, which provides free rides to their Glendale clinic for spay/neuter candidates, including community cats and qualified animals from local rescue groups and humane organizations. Their climate-controlled vehicles were specifically designed to provide safe and comfortable transport for community cats in traps.
A schedule of appointments is e-mailed monthly to Certified TNR Caretakers with a valid ASPCA Terms of Use Agreement and can be viewed on the online Rescuer Services Scheduler (RSS). Visit the RSS to review and sign the Terms of Use Agreement.
